Responsibilities Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage client check-in and check-out processes efficiently Collect and process payments, including medical collections, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Answer phone inquiries promptly, providing information on services and appointments Assist with animal handling during check-ups or procedures, including dog and cat handling, and animal restraint Maintain accurate patient records using veterinary terminology and ensure all documentation complies with clinic protocols Support veterinary staff with laboratory experience tasks such as sample collection or processing when needed Experience Prior experience in veterinary clinics or animal hospitals is highly preferred Knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal restraint techniques is essential Experience with medical collection processes and laboratory tasks is advantageous Kennel experience or familiarity enhances your ability to support our team effectively Background in animal handling across various species including dogs and horses demonstrates versatility in this role Strong communication skills combined with a genuine passion for animals will help foster positive client relationships Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and their owners!
