Veterinary Client Service Representative Bear Creek Animal Clinic Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our energetic veterinary team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for pet owners and clients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth operation of our veterinary practice. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and confident in the care their pets receive. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about animal welfare, ready to contribute to a team committed to excellence in pet care. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage client check-in and check-out processes efficiently Collect and process payments, including medical collections, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Answer phone inquiries promptly, providing information on services and appointments Assist with animal handling during check-ups or procedures, including dog and cat handling, and animal restraint Maintain accurate patient records using veterinary terminology and ensure all documentation complies with clinic protocols Support veterinary staff with laboratory experience tasks such as sample collection or processing when needed Experience Prior experience in veterinary clinics or animal hospitals is highly preferred Knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal restraint techniques is essential Experience with medical collection processes and laboratory tasks is advantageous Kennel experience or familiarity enhances your ability to support our team effectively Background in animal handling across various species including dogs and horses demonstrates versatility in this role Strong communication skills combined with a genuine passion for animals will help foster positive client relationships Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and their owners!
