Customer Service Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience with our brand. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and returns. Utilize POS systems to manage transactions efficiently. Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings to effectively assist customers. Supervise and train new staff members as needed to ensure a high standard of service. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, working towards effective resolutions. Perform stock management duties including inventory checks and restocking shelves as necessary. Apply retail math skills to accurately process transactions and manage cash flow. Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances our ability to serve diverse customer needs. Age must be 18+ years old. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate. Experience in supervising or training staff is beneficial but not required.
