Job Description

Our company is currently seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries, complaints and problems are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:

Responding promptly to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.

Handling and resolving customer complaints.

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Providing customers with product and service information.

Documenting customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries or complaints as well as actions taken.

Monitoring customer service team and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.

Developing and maintaining customer relationships and updating customer databases.

Performing any other duties as assigned by the management.
