Eclectic Herb is a naturopath-founded herbal supplement company based in Gresham, Oregon. Since 1982, we've been creating fresh, freeze-dried herbal supplements rooted in quality and care.

The Role:

This is a part-time hybrid role combining customer service, computer-based admin work, and order fulfillment as part of a small team. You'll spend part of your day helping customers (phone/email + order support) and part packing and shipping orders. We're looking for someone who's just as comfortable on a computer as they are working hands-on. Our main priority is finding someone strong in customer service, great on the phone, comfortable with computer systems, who is also happy to pack boxes and do other fulfilment related tasks.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and emails Assist with orders, product questions, and general support Process and manage orders (Shopify, ShipStation, Amazon or similar) Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately Keep fulfillment and work areas organized

Requirements:

Strong communication skills (friendly and professional) Comfortable on the phone Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems (Shopify, shipping platforms, etc.) Detail-oriented and organized Reliable and consistent Able to switch between desk work and physical tasks Valid driver's license + clean driving record Able to lift and pack boxes (light-moderate weight) Some interest in herbal products is a plus but not a requirement

Schedule:

Part-time, Monday-Friday between 8:30am-3:00pm (approx. 6 hours/day)

Pay:

$20-$22/hour depending on experience
