As an Express Service Advisor, you'll be at the front lines of our service experience and the first point of contact for guests in our Express Service lane . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high‑energy environment and takes pride in delivering fast, friendly, and efficient service. You'll work closely with customers and service technicians to keep vehicles moving and smiles coming—ensuring every visit is smooth from check‑in to checkout. Express Service Advisor Job Responsibilities Greet and assist customers promptly, courteously, and professionally in the Express Service lane. Write repair orders for oil changes, tire rotations, maintenance services, and light repairs. Clearly communicate recommended services and maintenance needs. Keep customers informed on service timelines, costs, and any changes. Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate documentation. Drive sales of maintenance services to meet department goals. Ensure every guest leaves with a positive dealership experience. Maintain organized and accurate service records.
