We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general support to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Maintain customer records in accordance with company policies and procedures. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in an accurate and timely manner. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on product and service information. Property and Casualty licensed (preferred but not required to apply)
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
