BDC Service Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic BDC Representative to join our growing dealership. To be successful as a BDC Representative, you should have a knack for marketing and sales. Top candidate will be professional and personable individuals, with a passion for great customer service.

Essential Job Duties:

Set appointments for our Service customers Contacting new and existing Service department customers via phone and/or email with new Setting up loaner vehicles: checking them in and out Communicates with customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner Performs other administrative duties as assigned Maintains an organized and clean work space Calling special order parts customer, performing outbound recall and maintenance calls

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED equivalent

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm • Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
