Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Assist Customers in preparing their orders Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the cash register. Sell products and services by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. . Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, retail shipping or sales is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management. Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is a plus. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about products and services offered.
