If you love pets, love to learn, and love helping people we want to hear from you! Customer Experience Advocate - Part Time (1 position available)
Shift:
Starting at $20 per hour Part time (20-30 hrs/week) We seek Team Members who: Are genuine, have a positive attitude and are helpful Want to build a career with us Love to learn Are team players who celebrate their own and other's success Are able to thrive in a busy retail environment Can connect with and engage guests in thoughtful conversations and make recommendations that meet their needs and the needs of their pet Maintain store cleanliness Learn and maintain inventory, including receiving, stocking, rotating and facing of products Participate in merchandising, work on creative displays of products and signs Attend brand trainings (some trainings may be before or after hours)
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Able to lift up to 45 pounds, can bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb a ladder Able to stand for extended periods of time Highly accountable and has integrity Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including Saturday's and Sunday's Proven experience in a customer service role Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Have accurate cash handling skills, competent with basic math Are comfortable with computers, learning new systems, performing transactions for guests at the point of sale accurately and completely Desire to build a career with us!
