Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
• Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Basic understanding of retail math for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Technical sales experience or knowledge is an asset
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Be able to lift up to 65lbs
