Job Summary Kind Care Animal Clinic is a veterinary clinic in Sandy, Oregon looking to welcome a compassionate and motivated client service representative to join the team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring the well-being of their beloved pets. The ideal candidate will possess a background in veterinary clinic customer service. The position is 9-10-hour shifts Tuesday-Friday Duties Be the welcoming face and voice of our hospital Respond to client inquiries regarding pet care, services, products and prices with professionalism and courtesy. Scheduling appointments for exams and surgeries. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pet health information. Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication between clients and medical teams. Handle customer complaints with empathy, resolving issues promptly while maintaining a positive relationship with clients. Skills Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with co-workers Minimum 1 year customer service in a veterinary clinic required. Detail orientated with strong computer skills, ability to learn new software and a problem solver. A passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
