Pride is located in Sherwood, Oregon and provides collection services throughout Washington County.

Wages:

$24.77 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Phones are on from 8am-4:30pm, with staff generally leaving at 4:30 unless there are a few brief wrap-up tasks to complete at the end of the day. We are looking for a person who has excellent phone and computer skills. Daily work includes tasks such as: answering customer questions by phone and email, setting up new accounts, making changes to existing accounts, providing customer education, billing, and general information requests. The successful applicant can handle a steady call volume with accurate data entry. Customer service staff also supports our public recycling depot by taking turns covering that staff person's breaks and time off. Covering the depot job includes signing people in and directing customers to the proper location to offload their material. The customer service position utilizes industry specific technology for customer billing, routes, and video records.

REQUIREMENTS

Team player with a positive attitude Possess excellent oral and written communication skills Current phone customer service experience Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced environment Detailed and accurate with your work Ability to think critically and problem solve Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel)
