We're looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Care Sales Team (BDC). If you're a great communicator, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Your primary goal is to build relationships and help customers find the information they need while setting appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities include:
Responding to internet, phone, text, and chat inquiries promptly Scheduling appointments for customers visiting the dealership Following up with prospective and existing customers Managing leads through our CRM and lead management tools Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction Meeting and exceeding performance and appointment goals Building excitement and confidence before customers arrive at the dealership What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Excellent phone, text, and email communication skills Professional and confident demeanor Strong organizational and follow-up abilities Self-motivated with a desire to succeed Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Sales or customer service experience preferred Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Clean driving record preferred What We Offer Competitive base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities Weekly and quarterly performance bonuses Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with company benefits Employee discounts Industry-leading training and development Career growth opportunities within one of Oregon's top automotive dealerships Employee recognition and reward programs A positive, team-oriented culture Compensation Our Customer Care Representatives typically earn between $50,000 and $100,000 annually , with top performers exceeding that through commissions and bonus opportunities.
