In this role, you will be the friendly face of our shop, providing support to our valued customers. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help ensure every interaction is positive, efficient, and memorable. The ideal candidate is bilingual, tech-savvy, and thrives in an environment where clear communication and problem-solving are key. Responsibilities Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and accurately Manage U-Haul reservation scheduling and ensure vehicles and equipment are clean, organized, and customer-ready. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments for Techs, maintaining calendars, and organizing office supplies Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and supporting clients via phone, email, or in person Assist with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities Maintain a welcoming office environment by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to office protocols Qualifications Office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills Organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. Strong phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems confidently Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated customer service expertise with a friendly attitude and problem-solving mindset Knowledge of office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and filing systems is desirable Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
