Customer Service Representatives Blue Bell, PA 22 May 2026 22586198 Summary Blue Bell, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 6 Months Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time / Hours May Vary Description Bluebell Contact Center is seeking Call Center Representatives who will play a vital role in educating and guiding customers to select the insurance policies that best meet their needs. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start a career in healthcare, customer service, and insurance support. No insurance license is required to apply. Paid training and support will be provided to help qualified employees prepare for a health insurance licensing exam. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answer customer questions about healthcare plans and insurance options Assist customers by explaining basic coverage information and available services Listen carefully to customer needs and direct them to appropriate solutions Provide friendly, professional customer service over the phone Maintain accurate customer records and notes Help resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when needed Follow company guidelines and compliance procedures Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors Attend training sessions and complete learning requirements Qualifications We welcome positive, dependable, and motivated applicants.
Ideal candidates should have:
