Customer Service Representative:

Specific duties:

Convert incoming calls, making outbound calls to existing customers on our specials, sending emails, and online requests into booked service appointments. Establish customer rapport and promote the Gillece brand. Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and efficiently. Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably. Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.
