Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Client Service Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly at the front desk, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls promptly and professionally Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using various digital tools (Microsoft Software and CRM/Salesforce) Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records to support office operations and client files Support office management duties including supply inventory, organizing documents, correspondence, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area Serve as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries and service requests Coordinate account openings, transfers, and maintenance as needed Complete meeting preparation materials for multiple advisors, including meeting agendas and relevant reports
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
