Description The Food Service & Kitchen Associate supports daily restaurant operations through food preparation, order assembly, customer service, sanitation, stocking, inventory support, and property maintenance. Employees will be cross-trained to assist both indoor and outdoor operations and may rotate between the kitchen, drive-thru, customer-service areas, produce market, and exterior work areas according to staffing and operational needs.
Core duties:
Assist with food preparation and meal assembly; package and verify orders; assist customers and process transactions; stock refrigerators, freezers and workstations; follow FIFO procedures; receive and organize deliveries; wash dishes and sanitize equipment; clean counters, floors, restrooms and employee areas; remove trash; and maintain food-safety standards. When assigned outside, the employee may assist customers at the produce market, stock or organize produce, set up/break down displays, clean sidewalks and drive-thru areas, remove litter, maintain the exterior market area, and assist with deliveries.
