- 12am (may include weekends) About the Role Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Parking Guest Ambassador to help manage parking operations and support guests throughout their parking experience.
This position is essential to maintaining efficient traffic flow, maximizing parking capacity, and delivering outstanding service to all customers. Job Purpose To effectively coordinate and oversee parking operations in a designated area by directing traffic, monitoring parking activity, assisting guests, enforcing parking regulations, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑managed environment. Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be exposed to construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position is performed inside as well as outside weather conditions. Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds.
