Must be able to provide excellent customer service and surpass all our customers' demands & expectations. Job Description Day to day activities will require applicants to refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend service to clients. Promote the sales of services, parts, maintenance plans, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements. Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications. The right individual will have experience in a dealership environment , strong sales skills, and high customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

Two-Five years' experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting preferred Team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite, Xtime, and Text2Drive proficiency a plus Excellent customer service skills paired with a professional attitude, appearance and demeanor
