00 Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Apply Description Join our Doylestown, PA Client Services Team as a Client Services Associate , where you'll play a key role in supporting both clients and advisors by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys being a go-to resource for both internal teams and clients. As a member of the Client Services Team at Savant, the Client Services Associate is responsible for providing support to both Advisors and clients. Duties for this position may include, but are not limited to managing office administrator responsibilities, preparing client paperwork, initiating and completing client requests, contacting clients to schedule meetings, and managing incoming calls and client meeting preparation. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, multitask and troubleshoot problems while maintaining a positive and client centric approach. The Client Services Associate can expect to focus in the following areas: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospects, delivering a warm, professional, and service-oriented in-office experience. Act as a liaison between Advisors and clients by coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and resolving routine client requests in a timely and thoughtful manner. Support the full client lifecycle, including account openings, transfers, paperwork completion, and follow-up with custodians to ensure a seamless experience. Prepare, proofread, and assemble client reports, documentation, and meeting materials; confirm appointments and support meeting logistics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce, documenting client interactions, requests, and required follow-ups. Utilize technology and internal systems to complete client and internal service requests efficiently and accurately. Professionally answer and direct incoming calls; greet and assist visitors; and maintain a polished office, lobby, and conference room environment. Support in-office and client events by assisting with planning, RSVPs, setup, and day-of execution. Collaborate closely with the Client Services team, providing coverage and support for colleagues as needed to ensure consistent service Manage daily office operations including mail and package handling, office supply inventory, shipping, and opening/closing procedures. Maintain shared spaces and meeting rooms to ensure a welcoming, professional environment. Assist with administrative tracking such as calendars, call logs, client meeting reports, and miscellaneous operational tasks. Support special projects, client communications, and marketing or client events as requested. A couple things to note about our Client Services Associate position: This position is based out of our office in Doylestown, PA. This role is a full-time, on-site position with the hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00am
  • 5:00pm Qualifications The Client Services Associate position typically requires the following qualifications: 2+ years of proven success in a client services/administrative support function in financial services.
Bachelor's degree or Associates degree preferred.

  • $76,000.
However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
