Job Description

Are you the type of person who enjoys providing a high-level of customer service? Then, Spitzer Ford in DuBois wants YOU, as we continue to build a team of dedicated professionals striving to learn, grow and achieve more! A Mobile Service Technician is responsible for traveling in the mobile service vehicle to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls. While you take care of our customers, we will take care of you!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and prepare for the day?s appointments and be excellent at time management Engage with many different customers each day and represent the dealership while being responsive Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on the repair order in a clean and efficient manner Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order Provide exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and have a natural disposition to put the customer first Communicate with the Service Manager and Parts Department regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Follow dealership safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt and harsh chemicals Take pride in the role and bring a start-up mentality to growing the mobile service business Performs other related duties as assigned
