In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients seeking life insurance solutions, providing guidance and tailored coverage options. Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospective clients through various channels, conducting detailed needs assessments, and presenting suitable insurance plans that align with their financial goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals secure their future and achieve peace of mind. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive analysis of clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate life insurance products. Present detailed insurance options clearly and persuasively, emphasizing benefits and coverage features. Manage administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on policy approvals. Provide ongoing customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with benefits administration. Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) when handling sensitive information. Experience Work Experience within the insurance or financial services sectors preferred. Experience in benefit administration including managing documentation and CRM systems preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Knowledge of benefits administration processes related to insurance policies. Previous experience in telemarketing or direct outreach campaigns is advantageous.
