Provide ongoing customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with benefits administration. Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) when handling sensitive information. Experience Work Experience within the insurance or financial services sectors preferred. Experience in benefit administration including managing documentation and CRM systems preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Knowledge of benefits administration processes related to insurance policies. Previous experience in telemarketing or direct outreach campaigns is advantageous.
