Call Center Representative - Full-Time | Forest City Chevrolet Forest City, PA Are you a people-person with call center or customer service experience? Looking for a professional opportunity in a fun, supportive, family-style workplace where your voice matters? Forest City Chevrolet is hiring a full-time Call Center Representative to join our friendly team! What You'll Do:
Answer inbound calls and online inquiries from customers Schedule appointments and follow up with guests Help connect customers with the right departments (sales, service, etc.) Enter and update customer information accurately Be a welcoming voice and a trusted point of contact
What We're Looking For:
Call center or strong customer service experience Friendly, professional phone presence Comfortable using computers and basic CRM systems Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Willing to work full-time hours, including some weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary (not hourly!) with monthly bonus potential Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Opportunities to grow within the dealership Ideal if you live near: Carbondale, Honesdale, Scranton, Montrose, Binghamton, or anywhere within 40 miles!
