Job Description

Aon currently has an exciting career opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist II in our Fort Washington, PA office. This position will support Aon's Affinity Insurance Services group in the AICPA Insurance Programs Department .
OFFICE BASED
in Ft. Washington, PA during the first 3-6 months for training and then can be 1-2 days a week working remotely.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound and outbound calls via 800 lines with multi-product portfolio- both Life and Health products as well and Property and Casualty products Work with variable lines product, audits and compliance Respond to customer communications via email and written correspondence Maintain service, quality and timeliness standards Interact with other departments on various projects including new programs, products and technology Support knowledge management transfer within the department through training, quality and intranet projects Evaluate individual customers' needs and propose additional insurance products based on household and business needs Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. MINIMUM EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or commensurate work experience
MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
1-3 years' experience in sales and service supporting multiple insurance products and/or financial services products. Life, Accident & Health, Series 6& 63, Variable Life licenses are required and P&C license is preferred Experience with the VUL products and annuities a plus For positions in San Francisco and Los Angeles, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction record in accordance with local Fair Chance ordinances. Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $55,000 to $60,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
