Service Advisor

Sloane Toyota of Glenside is currently looking to add a Service Advisor, with at least two years experience in a dealership setting, to our team! Service Advisor Requirements:

Reynolds experience is preferred but not required. Essential Role will be helping customers understand the value of maintaining their vehicles and advise customers about necessary service for their general maintenance needs. Communicate professionally and clearly about inspection results, then present corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed repairs. Prepare repair orders showing time and cost estimates for service Accurately describe the customer s concern to the technician Explain the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer Promote the sales of services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements. Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications Establish and maintain professional relationships with the customers to encourage repeat and referral business
