Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer interactions related to quotes, account servicing, billing questions, and policy updates with professionalism and care.
- Complete account and policy changes accurately while following established procedures and service standards.
- Review client files, payment details, and supporting documentation to confirm information is correct and up to date.
- Post, track, and reconcile payment activity to help maintain accurate policy and financial records.
- Address service and billing concerns promptly, researching issues thoroughly and providing clear resolutions.
- Work closely with customer service and accounting partners to support reporting accuracy and efficient workflow management.
- Investigate discrepancies in customer accounts or transactions and take timely action to correct errors.
- Safeguard sensitive customer, policy, and financial information in accordance with company expectations and compliance requirements.
- Assist with additional operational and administrative duties as business needs require.
