Job Description

We are seeking experienced customer service representatives with a professional attitude to join our team! We are seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to join our team! In this role you will be handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and agents.
Responsibilities:
Answer basic questions regarding Insurance policies, coverage, and premiums Accurately enter and update policy information Initiate changes or corrections to customer policies Provide price quotes to prospective customers
Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred Previous insurance experience is a plus! Excellent communication skills Strong MS Office skills
Details:
• Full Time, M-F between 8:30am-5pm •
Pay:
$22/hr •
