Job Description

Pathfinders Inc is seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our client for a direct hire opportunity in Horsham, PA!
Responsibilities:
Answer basic questions regarding Specialty Insurance policies, coverage, and premiums Accurately enter and update policy information Resolve issues Initiate changes or corrections to customer policies Provide price quotes to prospective customers
Requirements:
2+ years customer service or call center experience Previous insurance experience is a plus! Excellent communication skills Strong MS Office skills Must be available for local or US travel 1-5 times yearly
Details:
Full Time, M-F Pay:
$21-22/hr based on experience

Horsham, PA Benefits:
