- Competitive starting pay with performance-based growth potential Key Responsibilities 1) Preparing Client Review Meeting Materials
- Compile, organize, and summarize client information to support comprehensive client reviews
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data used in client discussions
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required materials for reviews 2) Scheduling Client Meetings
- Arrange and confirm client appointments and meetings
- Maintain an effective scheduling workflow to minimize conflicts and ensure timely communications
- Communicate schedule changes proactively to clients and internal stakeholders 3) Policy Owner Services
- Insurance Operations
- Process and document policy-related requests such as policy loans and beneficiary updates
- Manage late notices and related administration to ensure policy accuracy and compliance
- Provide support for ISA Service (as defined by internal policies) and other policy owner service tasks 4) Policy Owner Services
- Investment Operations
- Maintain and update policy owner information on investment accounts, including beneficiary updates
- Process ACH updates and other payment-related changes
- Handle distributions and contributions in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with basic trading activities as allowed by role and compliance guidelines
- Support 529 Plan service activities (education savings plan) as required 5) General Administrative Duties
- Maintain organized and compliant client files (paper and digital)
- Respond to routine client inquiries with professionalism and clarity
- Support onboarding efforts for new clients and assist with documentation and process flows
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth end-to-end client service delivery Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work with limited supervision (self-learner)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-service mindset and professional, courteous demeanor Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Insurance and/or financial services background or exposure
- Familiarity with policy administration concepts and basic investment operations Core Skills and Competencies
