Customer Service Associate

Overview Looking to hire a dependable, detail-oriented, outgoing individual for our bakery. This is a full time position with weekends a must (no exceptions). A minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferred. Must be able to multi-task while learning our computer systems and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Interacting with Customers via telephone calls taking orders, solving issues Provide customers with information requested Input customer orders received via fax and emails Refer unresolved customer issues to management when appropriate Communicate with our drivers regarding day and night deliveries Run production reports and sales orders Working with upper management/sales reps/production managers Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
