We are seeking a friendly, and personable Bilingual Customer Service Representative who speaks both Spanish and English to join our winning team! You will be the first point of contact for our customers and the beginning of great customer service! You will be responsible for growing client loyalty by building positive relationships with them. You'll continue our tradition of providing world-class service while assisting walk-in customers and supporting office operations.
Job duties include:
Greeting customers when they arrive Accepting and receipting client payments Answering multi-line telephone system and directing calls to appropriate person Appropriately documenting conversations with clients Processing incoming mail Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned We are looking for someone who: Has exceptional personal character Has a strong work ethic Has a positive attitude Is willing to assist others at all times Is a team player Is self-motivated Has excellent listening, written and oral communication skills Has prior experience in a fast paced environment Can efficiently multi-task Has strong organizational skills Is willing to develop and be teachable Is dependable
