Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a structured, rotating schedule:

Monday-Friday:

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Two evenings per week: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Rotating Saturdays (typically two per month) No Sundays!

Compensation:

$16.00/hour base pay Performance-based bonus opportunities with no cap Most employees earn $50,000-$60,000 annually

What You'll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text Build relationships and schedule appointments for the sales team Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system Represent Fred Beans Automotive with professionalism and care
