Job Description

Busy rheumatology practice looking for an experienced medical receptionist/call center representative. The role is full time, approximately 32 - 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate courteously, professionally, and effectively as well as handle the following responsibilities: 1. Handle all tasks/phone calls/voicemail communications efficiently and professionally. 2. Process payments. 3. Schedule appointment(s) for patients who call. 4. Cancel, change and confirm appointments as required. 5. Patient check-in and check-out •Our offices operate on a 4-day work week, so this role has the benefit of a 3-day weekend every week.
