Personal Lines A growing insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to build lasting client relationships, provide trusted insurance guidance, and deliver exceptional service to individuals and families. This role is ideal for a customer-focused insurance professional who enjoys helping clients protect what matters most while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Prior personal lines insurance experience is preferred, but licensed insurance professionals from other disciplines are encouraged to apply.
The Job:
Manage a book of Personal Lines clients and serve as their primary point of contact. Build strong client relationships through responsive, accurate, and consultative service. Process new business, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage reviews. Answer client questions regarding coverage options, policy details, and insurance needs. Partner with carrier underwriters and service teams to ensure smooth account servicing. Assist clients throughout the claims process and advocate on their behalf when needed. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and strengthen client relationships. Stay current on carrier products, coverage enhancements, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:
Personal Lines insurance experience preferred. Property & Casualty License preferred; licensing assistance may be available for the right candidate. Strong understanding of personal insurance coverages, policies, and client service best practices. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of customer service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
