Our mission is to provide the snow and ice industry with the best value and selection of parts and plows, while being innovative and focusing on honest service done with excellence. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative specializing in Parts, Sales, and Service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a strong desire to help customers find what they need and guide them through the purchasing process. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally and efficiently Keep accurate notes from phone calls with the customers truck information and other important details Help customers identify and purchase the correct parts for their equipment Create quotes and process sales orders Schedule appointments for installs, repairs, removals and service Sell new and used plows and spreaders and determine any truck specific parts required Communicate with customers through phone, email and text message Fill in at the front counter as needed to assist customers here in person Stay organized while managing multiple customer needs and priorities throughout the day. Skills Customer service expertise with a focus on building lasting relationships through clear communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-focused under pressure Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Strong computer skills needed to move from program to program while looking up information to assist the customer Mechanical aptitude or experience with snow, truck, farming, or construction equipment is a plus Willing to learn all product lines and how to access technical product information If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in excellent customer service, we'd love to hear form you.
Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
