Lehighton Kia is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to support our dealership's sales and service operations. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communication, setting appointments, and ensuring consistent follow-up to drive traffic into the dealership. Responsibilities Respond to incoming internet leads, phone calls, and text inquiries Schedule and confirm sales appointments Conduct outbound follow-up with prospective customers Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience Meet daily and monthly activity and appointment goals Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, or automotive experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Schedule Full-time position Includes weekdays and Saturdays One weekday off Sundays off
