Position Summary The Call Center Customer Service & Appointment Specialist is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and booking high-quality appointments for our design consultants. This individual plays a key role in educating customers, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments that support our sales and service goals. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions about our products, services, promotions, and scheduling availability Make outbound calls to warm leads, follow-ups, and promotional call-backs Qualify customer needs and accurately gather homeowner information Schedule high-quality appointments for in-home consultations Maintain strong appointment conversion rates Follow established call scripts and brand communication standards Document detailed call notes, customer preferences, and results in CRM system Maintain professionalism, empathy, and efficiency on every call Meet or exceed KPIs including call volume, appointment set rate, and attendance Understand current promotions and key product offerings to communicate effectively Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful lead handoff Follow up on missed appointments, reschedules, and long-term lead nurturing Handle customer concerns and escalate when necessary Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred Excellent verbal communication — clear, professional, friendly Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly Comfortable making outbound calls and following call scripts Experience scheduling appointments and handling CRM data Organized and detail-oriented; able to multitask Self-motivated with strong work ethic Able to meet performance targets and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and typing skills required Success Traits Positive, enthusiastic, and outgoing telephone presence Patient and empathetic with the ability to guide conversations Results-driven with a focus on quality appointment booking Team-oriented and collaborative Coachable — open to feedback, training, and improvement What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses Paid training Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team culture Consistent leads provided — no cold prospecting from scratch Schedule Full-time Some evening / weekend availability may be required
