Description The hours worked are flexible to meet your schedule. Sales and customer service experience is a plus. The position is designed to give "on the job training" while working with the agent and staff to build and cultivate customer relationships. You must be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients within Mifflin County and Central PA to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance along with banking products. Hourly pay plus monthly personal and Team bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market/sell appropriate products and services. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage's, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
