Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and potential new clients
- Booking appointments and checking out clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and their pets to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred. Veterinary experience a plus but will train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers
