$17.00+ per hour, based on experience Adamstown Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our family-owned small animal practice at our Warwick Run location in Lititz, PA . Family-owned veterinary practice Collaborative, team-oriented environment Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and assistants Build meaningful relationships with clients and their pets Continuing education and professional development support Opportunities for growth and additional responsibility What You'll Do Provide professional, compassionate client service in person and by phone Schedule appointments and help coordinate daily appointment flow Check clients and patients in and out Manage incoming calls, emails, and client communications Maintain accurate client and patient information Process payments, estimates, and other front-desk transactions Coordinate prescription refill requests and client follow-up Communicate effectively between clients and the medical team Help clients navigate routine, urgent, and emotionally difficult situations Collaborate with the hospital team to maintain an efficient workflow What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of veterinary hospital or veterinary practice experience required Previous veterinary CSR/front-desk experience strongly preferred Familiarity with veterinary terminology, appointment types, prescription requests, and hospital workflows Experience with veterinary practice management software is required; Cornerstone experience is a plus.
