Veterinary Client Service Representative

Media Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, progressive small animal hospital looking for an enthusiastic Client Service Representative with experience in the field to join our team. Our ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism as well as compassion, will have strong communication and multi tasking skills and will value working as a part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and making them feel welcome Scheduling appointments Answering multi-line telephone system with an ability to record accurate phone messages from clients to the medical team. Processing invoices Checking clients in and out Client education: Confidence in discussing vaccine protocols, heartworm preventative and flea and tick preventative Managing and filing electronic medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence Full Time benefits include: Health benefits with optional dental, vision and short term disability 401k Paid vacation Paid sick days
