$23.00-$28.00 per hour (based on experience) Grace Auto Group is an established family owned independent dealership looking for a dependable, organized Service Assistant to support our busy service department. Responsibilities Answer incoming service department phone calls Schedule customer service appointments Create and maintain repair orders (ROs) Create purchase orders (POs) Order and receive parts from vendors and dealerships Track parts orders and follow up on backorders Communicate with customers regarding appointments and parts availability Assist the Service Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks Maintain organized service records and documentation Help keep the service department operating efficiently Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Previous automotive, dealership, or office experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid time off Health insurance benefits after 6 months 401(k) with employer match after 6 months Opportunities for advancement Friendly, team-oriented work environment Stable, growing company Full-time position If you're looking for an opportunity to grow with a successful dealership and become an important part of our service team, we'd love to meet you.
