Lindenmeyr Munroe is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative in our Eastern PA location. The position provides customer relations and order cycle management and involves daily in person interaction with our customers. As a Customer Service Representative at Lindenmeyr Munroe you will get to: Engage with customers by responding promptly to inquiries, providing product information and availability, and processing orders coming via email, phone and ecommerce. Develop and maintain superior product knowledge in order to serve customers and recommend potential products to management by capturing and analyzing customer needs and feedback. Communicate with customers about forecasts, order status, changes, and delivery with proper documentation. Work closely with suppliers for production / ready dates and resolve order issues by recommending the best solution, expediting the adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. Manage inquiries from and/or coordinate with other branch/regional offices to resolve order-related issues. Create and maintain accurate customer account data and records in our order management system. You're adaptable in a challenging market and work well with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. You can work both autonomously and collaboratively to resolve issues, drive results and manage complexity. You have a can-do attitude, are action oriented, self-aware, resilient and self-motivated to follow through and deliver results.
Preferred experience/education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with sales, customer service, purchasing, and / or inventory management is not required, but is a plus. Technical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required. Experience with ERP systems. Previous experience in, or knowledge of the paper, printing, packaging, or distribution industry will be an advantage.
