Customer Care Representative Mountaintop, PA $18.00/hour + Monthly Sales Commission Opportunity through OneSource Staffing OneSource Staffing is seeking Customer Care Representatives for a valued client. If you have previous call center experience and enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Schedule (No Exceptions)
Mon & Tues:
11:30 AM•8:00
PM Wed, Thurs & Fri:
9:00 AM•5:30 PM (Thursday off if working Saturday)
Saturday:
8:30 AM•5:00 PM (as required) Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and chat inquiries Provide accurate information and excellent customer service Utilize company systems and meet performance metrics Qualifications Previous call center experience is
REQUIRED
