We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated team member who enjoys connecting with customers—both new and familiar—and is always ready to take on the day with a smile. A service advisor assistant supports service advisors by performing administrative tasks, handling customer check-in and check-out, managing basic communication, and coordinating with technicians and the parts department . They help the service department run efficiently by organizing workflow, processing paperwork, and ensuring customers are comfortable and informed about their vehicle's service.
Key responsibilities:
Customer service: Greet customers, process vehicle check-ins, collect vehicle and contact information, and explain the service process. They also assist with check-out by explaining the work done and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Administrative support:
Handle data entry, filing, and invoicing support. They may also be responsible for calling customers to confirm appointments.
Workflow coordination:
Liaise with technicians and the parts department to help expedite repairs and manage the service centers' scheduling.
Internal communication:
Inform service advisors or managers of any problems or potential issues, document customer concerns for technicians, and relay updates on vehicle status.
Waiting area maintenance:
Keep the customer waiting area clean, stocked with refreshments, and comfortable.
