Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in New Holland, PA in a Contract to Permanent position. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling high-volume communication, and coordinating solutions across multiple business areas. The role focuses on delivering responsive support, documenting inquiries accurately, and ensuring each issue is routed or resolved efficiently.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer contacts by phone and related channels, gathering details and assessing the nature of each request.
  • Address service matters within assigned authority by supporting questions tied to underwriting, claims, billing, and marketing activities.
  • Escalate concerns that require specialized review to the appropriate internal teams and follow through to support timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and outcomes to support service continuity and reporting.
  • Monitor recurring customer concerns and share patterns with leadership to help identify underlying causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Welcome visitors courteously when assigned to front desk coverage and help oversee entry access to the facility.
  • Provide office support for renewal mailing preparation, including assembling and organizing outgoing materials as needed.
  • Complete additional customer support or administrative tasks as directed by management to meet team priorities.
