Are you an organized, people-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Client Services Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the key connector between our caregivers and clients — ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every client receives the care and attention they deserve. Join our team and make a difference every day!
What You'll Do:
Coordinate caregiver schedules and match them with client needs. Facilitate introductions between clients and caregivers to ensure a comfortable start to every relationship. Communicate proactively with the Client Services team about any updates, concerns, or changes related to clients or caregivers. Actively monitor open shifts, availability, and follow through to ensure all care needs are met on time. Handle potential client inquiries and answer questions regarding the services Senior Helpers provides. Build trusted relationships with both clients and caregivers through attentive, compassionate service. Participate in On Call rotation. Provide hands-on training to new caregivers as needed. Complete special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
1 year of experience in scheduling, staffing, or client services, call center experience (healthcare/home care background is a plus). Strong communication and multitasking skills. Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with a personal care software program and Canva is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and time management. A proactive attitude — you stay a step ahead and keep everyone in the loop. A team player with a caring heart and a problem-solving mindset.
