Job Description

JKJ Financial Services is a boutique advisory firm specializing in advanced life insurance strategies for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. The firm is led by a highly respected industry specialist and is known for delivering customized solutions within complex estate and wealth planning structures. We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support our life insurance practice and deliver an exceptional level of service to our established client base. This individual will work closely with clients, senior producers, and internal teams in a dynamic, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary coordinator for the firm's life insurance client service function Proactively monitor in-force life insurance policies and identify issues impacting performance, funding, or client objectives Prepare comprehensive policy reviews incorporating updated illustrations, market assumptions, and carrier data Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal stakeholders to execute policy changes, including rebalancing and allocation changes of investment funds Use carrier platforms and internal software to prepare in-force illustrations and related analyses Communicate across internal teams to help move cases forward, resolve open items, and maintain momentum on active work Process and track incoming premium payments, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and timely reconciliation with carrier confirmations Maintain workflow reporting to ensure timely progression of all cases and service requests
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; exceptional candidates with relevant experience may be considered Background or exposure to life insurance, estate planning, financial services, mathematics, or a related field strongly preferred Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Copilot or similar productivity tools is a plus State insurance license and FINRA licenses, if not already held, should be obtained within six months of hire. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a confidential, high-trust environment Professional presence with sound judgment and the ability to handle highly sensitive client information with discretion Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
