Job Description

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, professional Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting day-to-day business operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate support while representing our client's values and commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat using a courteous and professional mannerResolve issues efficiently, ensuring complete customer satisfaction at every interactionAccurately process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updatesDocument all customer interactions in CRM systems in accordance with company proceduresCollaborate with team members and other departments to deliver seamless serviceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide informed supportIdentify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to customer service initiativesEscalate complex issues as necessary and follow through to resolutionMeet or exceed performance targets in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferredPrevious customer service or call center experience is a plusStrong communication skills (verbal and written) and active listening abilitiesProficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM softwareExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learnReliable, punctual, and committed to delivering results
